First, get Google Chrome.
Next, register as a Google member
Changing the language of the Chrome browser Chrome allows you to display all settings and menus in your preferred language. This option is only available on Windows computers. Important: To add or remove languages for web content on your Chromebook, please see How to manage languages.
For Mac or Linux: Chrome will automatically display in the default system language that you are using on your computer.
Open Chrome on your computer.
Click the More icon in the upper-right corner, then click Settings.
Click Advanced at the bottom.
[Under Languages, click Languages.
Click the Other icon next to the language you want to use.
If the language is not in the list, click Add language to add it.
[Click Show Google Chrome in this language.
This option is only available on Windows computers.
Restart Chrome to apply the changes.

Translating a Web Page in Chrome
If you see a page written in a foreign language, you can use Chrome to translate the page.
Open Chrome on your computer.
Access a web page written in another language.
Click on "Translate" at the top.
The web page will be translated on the spot.
